We are going to try power washing with plain water but I have a feeling that won’t work for completely removing the “stick on”ends.Tried a wire brush in one section but that just roughed up the textured siding.One person suggested sand paper but that would take 4ever and this is a huge2 story apartment building and we have a deadline date of August 31st.Need your help desperately!Thanks!
the vines are completely dead.the siding has to be cut like tile when it is replaced but it has a “paper like”texture to it.

My house is built on a slab and near the front entrance, the siding goes all the way down and meets the concrete slab. Right along the seam, the concrete has started to crumble away ( I think it was already patched at some point in the past) and whatever caulking was used to seal the seam, seems to be wearing out. So, how do I repair this? Do I need to level it out with concrete and then caulk it? What kind of caulk or sealant should I use? Thanks!
