		<description>Yeah,. those sprayer siding cleaners do work very well.  I got a couple bottles from Home Depot a couple years back and I was actually surprised how well it worked.  Stuff just rinsed off like it was supposed to.  You will probably need a ladder, sorry to say.  Just lean it on your house and climb up and spray sideways.  I know, easier said than done coming from someone who's never seen your landscape.</description>

		<description>We have a 3 story building with all vinyl siding, and window casings. And we use a good hot and soapy water solution with a high pressure washer and it works great. Any bad stains like pitch/sap, we use a ladder and brush. But other then that it's all from the ground.</description>

The hose should work treat if stains are bit tough try using some tfr traffic film remover or another heavy duty detergent.</description>

		<description>Use a power washer anyway.  Just do it on a pretty warm day, so any absorbed water will evaporate.  Don't spend a ton of time on any one particular area.</description>
