blueeyesrmine asked: We are going to try power washing with plain water but I have a feeling that won’t work for completely removing the “stick on”ends.Tried a wire brush in one section but that just roughed up the textured siding. One person suggested sand paper but that would take 4ever and this is a huge2 story apartment building and we have a deadline date of August 31st.Need your help desperately! Thanks!
the vines are completely dead.the siding has to be cut like tile when it is replaced but it has a “paper like”texture to it.

bucky asked: I am applying primer to my shed. In the groove that runs in the siding, when I look sideways down the length of the wall I see holes or seperation places. I tried loading it up with paint but they are still there. The siding looks great looking directly at it. But when you look sideways, another story. Do I use caulk?

Ray W asked: I would like to insulate but we are on a tight budget. I really do not want to mess up the siding or the walls inside too much. I heat with wood and gas and electricity. depending on costs. I replaced most of the windows with new vinyl insulated windows. I really want to cut heating costs even more. Any suggestions?

keharrisuiuc asked: My house is built on a slab and near the front entrance, the siding goes all the way down and meets the concrete slab. Right along the seam, the concrete has started to crumble away ( I think it was already patched at some point in the past) and whatever caulking was used to seal the seam, seems to be wearing out. So, how do I repair this? Do I need to level it out with concrete and then caulk it? What kind of caulk or sealant should I use? Thanks!
