how do I keep wasps and hornets off my new deck and off the vinyl siding of my new home?

Just bought a house in jan , new construction…I have wasps and hornets all around the house….the yellow jackets are trying to make a nest on the deck and I have no idea where the wasps are trying but they are landing on the vinyl siding and around the windows.
I have used the commercial wasp sprays but they keep coming back.
Thanks in advance.

.You can also make a fake nest using a lunch-sack-size brown paper bag. Just blow it up, like a balloon, twist closed, and hang. I’ve seen some with holes poked in them to make them look more realistic, but I don’t know if that is necessary.
