		<description>If the paint is latex based, you should be able to wash it off or power wash it off if it has already dried.  You may even be able to peel it off the plastic when it dries completely.  If it is really stuck, try a mild abrasive such as a dish sponge or magic eraser.  You could also try Goo-Gone which works well on paints, especially when they are on plastic surfaces.
If it is an oil based paint, you will need to use a paint thinner.  Apply it to a rag and scrub until it is removed.</description>
