My kitchen now have places need to help lift it doen and maybe use scraper to repair it in my kitchen.

rubbing alcohol might work….windex might work, or vegetable oil. Also, medical supply stores make adhesive remover pads that are specifically designed to take off sticky stuff, so you might want to try those. Hope this helps!
