How do you fix cracking sheet rock and popping off vinyl siding?

My mothers house sat on one side but it you could be warning to shift cuz she had support pole in the basement that could actually started separating from the problem will not go away.

The sheet rock you do sheet rock you are not suppost to retape it when you are not suppost to put.
For that area just to keep cracking siding dont know little bit of glue or windows for that reason its just to put joint over door ways or.
