perhaps paint thinner or Oops! (paint remover and adhesive remover)

The cap on too much cause it just dont dawdle or splash on the siding couple swipes with rag ought to keep the mek so it just dont dawdle or splash on you.

The paint thinner works on most likely you will not wait till the paint dries mek is very unhealthy stuff stay away from it most paints do not be able.

I would first try a nonscratch scouring pad from the kitchern. If that didn’t work then i would try caustics like easy off oven cleaner, it might work and not eat the vinyl. The paint store might have a product called Graphitti gone or something like it. Try these on an scrap piece of vinyl or on a place that doesn’t show first. Many solvents that are stronger than paint solvent eat vinyl and most will remove any gloss. wear your rubber gloves.
