		<description>I lived in a hurricane area only 10 miles from the gulf coast, we had a brick house but we still protected the windows with plywood an sold the house before Rita but the area we lived a few houses had vinyl siding, I think they lived depends what type of hurricane you are waiting for if it hits land at a level at a 4 hurricane your house wont last but otherwise i think you should be ok</description>
