How to hang 18 inch round christmas garland on vinyl siding?

I have 7 of those beautiful fat fluffy christmas garlands to put up this year. My problem is the vinyl siding around my windows. What can I use to attach them to the siding around the windows?

      The surfaces available at most stores including walmart.
