		<description>You must re-prime this. The primer you put on, which is the best you can use has lost it's function to allow new paint to adhere to. If you lightly sand the primer, your new paint will peel in a very short time. Re-prime with the same primer you already used. Sorry for the bad news</description>

		<description>You need to apply a super adhesive latex primer, It will stick to the old paint. then you can apply regular latex .</description>
