Logging in, a different log-in screen on my pc.diff fr usual log-in screen in other pcs?

Upload the screenshot to tinypic.com, then put the provided URL here in an Additional Details section of this question.
It’s possible that your PC has some of the web design features disabled in your browser somehow.
