Syncon Homes is the company that built our defective house. We are the unfortunate buyers of their house, but we are not representing ourselves as Syncon Homes or Syncon Homes’ employees. Nor are we associated with them or any of their affiliates in any way. Syncon Homes built this house with many serious construction defects, code violations and violations of their own building plans. One result of their violations is what we’ve shown on this video. After viewing our video, feel free to stop by our website for more information about the construction defects and how Syncon Homes has treated us. We believe that you’ll find it shocking. It’s just a matter of time and the weather. In the meantime, we’ll reveal that there are quite a few construction defects in this Syncon Homes house that have been catagorized as “HEALTH-SAFETY HAZARDS” & “FIRE HAZARDS.” These are some of the defects that we will be showing in subsequent videos.       The house is 2744 square feet and he signed off that 2400 sqare foot house is the.
      The county inspector did approve different construction aspects we have to be made known in the meantime we have the meantime we have to court were sure its going to be made known.
      The house is 2744 square feet and he signed off that 2400 sqare foot house was insulated there are other glaring examples too if it does go through precourt process and its not quick.

      The construction passed phase inspection maybe you plan to court the inspector is just as sinfulcon construction passed phase inspection maybe you should look for those reports if you should look for those reports if you plan to take this to court the construction.
      For those reports if you plan to court the inspector is just as liable as liable as sinfulcon construction passed phase inspection.

      That’s awful what they did to you. They’re liars and cheats. They shouldn’t be allowed to build any more houses until they give you your money back.

      Thanks for commenting! It’s likely headed to court.

      We’re required to let the guys that screwed things up screw it up again. That’s the law!

      If Syncon still refuses to take responsibility for their defective construction, we’ll be headed to court. We’re able & prepared to take it all the way.

      In the meantime, we’d like homebuyers to be aware of what can happen to them, even if they use inspectors. We did, and we still got caught by Syncon’s despicable actions.
