We just resided our house in April. The exterior is 2700 sq. ft. for 1 story and 14 windows. We also needed eight shutters for the front and 14 pillars to be covered. They did the window capping and fascia and soffit and had to take down our rain gutters. The total cost was approx. $25,000. Be sure you opt for the thicker and stronger vinyl and not something from like, Sears. Go with an independent professional with resources and you'll probably be able to negotiate certain features. We were able to get most of the pillars done for free and free shutters.

Mainly, shop around and compare prices. Let the contractor know you're shopping around and if someone has given you a better price, let other contractors know. They should be willing to compete for your business! Good luck.

Oh, and we're no longer ashamed to pull into our driveway! LOL! We have a great looking home, now! :)
