I think it’s great. If the neighbors thought your house looked like a dump, you would be hurt. Obviously, they think your house looks good if they are doing the same thing.

Any improvements to their house make your house worth more money if you decide to sell. If you have renters, then it would hopefully attract a better type of people to your neighborhood. Put up a sculpture so people will know your house if you are offended by the similarities!

does it really matter what the jones’s are doing? i mean how would you feel if the person across from you painted their house and you like the color so much you do th same. get over it.

that’s wonderful, it means you have taste and they loved it, imagine that you could live on cedar street, could be the nicest street on the block. if it’s a good thing why not share it, it’s not a competion and we are all in it together, that is when the world becomes a better place one branch at a time.
