I don't know what T111 is, but I just remodeled a 75 year old farmhouse out here in the middle of nowhere and used Hardy plank (made out of some concrete product). I just put one coat of paint because I wanted a particular color....but you don't have to paint at all. It has like a 30 or 40 year old guarantee. (My electricity bill is only 10.00 a month more than when I lived in a small 2 bedroom apt.) You can get it at Lowe's or Home Depot. You decide if you want 4", 6", 8" or sheets...I used 8" as it was less expensive. Believe it or not, I priced roofs over and over....I finally got what I wanted....a white tin roof...entire costs and labor was 6000.00...only 1500 more than a composition and he even took the old composition off. Good luck...I lived in the mountains in NM for 12 years when the kids were growing up....lucky you.
