What should I be charging to install vinyl siding?

I work as a subcontractor installing vinyl siding. I have 19 years experience and am quite above average as far as the quality I see, (and repair) around town. I have been working for a select few contractors for a long time and I feel that maybe they are keeping me in the dark as far as average labor prices go. I have raised prices in spite of much protest, and now it seems that the long time business partners have found other help. I was just wondering what others are getting paid out there and see if perhaps I did have a good price or if the others just went with the cheapest (worst) they could find. I live in the northern ohio region but any prices regardless of location would help. Per square is fine and it won’t take long to type
