Any upgrading you do will put added value, speak to your real estate agent and see what else needs to done

depends on the house and who is looking at it.
Usually the real estate agent will say yes.
Because anything you do to makeit look good will help her/him sell the house and they get thier commission off the top. You however can really get less for the house when you calculate your fixing up expenses into the equation. Kabish??

not only will it increase the value but a good selling point is that you have eliminated future painting costs. they can be very expensive. trust me on this one.
