		<description>Personally, I hate vinyl siding, it looks really cheap. I would either go with painting the house or dry-vit. Dry-vit is concrete swirled over the existing wall with Styrofoam and wire mesh under it. They can form post with it and it looks great and has a great insulation factor. It will really cut your utility's down.
 If the siding is installed properly, it should not allow the wood to rot.</description>

		<description>This happens more times than not. But it is due to poor construction. If done properly, it is very effective in high humid places. I have a home with siding, but I did it myself to ensure it was done right.</description>
